NPA Attacks today.. Murders 2 - Pacific South Morning Journal ®







The NPA is the armed wing of the Communist Party of the Philippines which has waged a 48-year-old insurgency, the longest-running armed rebellion in Asia. Do not be fooled by misinformation about this group. They sell protection, murder and kidnap just like the mafia does in other parts of the world.

Targeting construction companies are a common practice of the NPA but other businesses and even poor residents of an area are frequently forced to donate rice to them during hard times… Police are another prime target and they are murdered for their weapons…

Good people who would defend these murders and thugs are in denial about the true nature of the NPA.

     Today  Nov. 22, 2017...Armed men believed to be New People’s Army rebels killed the caretaker of a construction firm in Sitio (subvillage) Masagana, Barangay (village) Putlan..

Reports said the armed men also shot at a police vehicle carrying 8 policemen who were responding to the shooting of Sixto Tabon, 44. A policeman jumped off the vehicle and fractured a leg following the 5 a.m. attack, said Senior Supt. Eliseo Tanding, Nueva Ecija police director.

Tabon, a Putlan resident and a caretaker of Halrey Construction, was shot multiple times and his life ended at about 4 a.m.

An eyewitness saw two men shoot the victim before fleeing towards the mountains just across the road.

Oct 7,2017 in the Cagayan town of Santa Teresita, claiming it was punishment for destructive quarrying. THREE million pesos worth of heavy equipment were burned.. rebels destroyed heavy equipment owne The NPA rebels seized a handgun from the DDT caretaker.

 Oct.7th continued... This attack was one of four on  rebel operations undertaken on this particular Saturday.

President Duterte articulated this morning that "we are at war"... These are troubled times indeed...

 From the many attacks we may understand that it is about 2 things.. They are attempting to Extort money from the owners of business and to steal arms; evident due to many attacks on police... Are the NPA leadership also preparing for war?
