A Little History On The Hub Directory - Pacific South Morning Journal

The HUB Directory developer, Gilman Jones A little history on The Hub Directory  The rationale for putting this together was so that expats could get recommendations from other expats, for any area of the country just by pulling up a national directory. Easy right? But developing it was a different story. As we asked for the guys to share their favourite hangouts the recommendations trickled in slowly over time and it took about 2 years to get to this point. Whew !!.. What a long haul ! but finally we got to the place where we thought it would be a useful piece of work. We have covered the whole country and we know there is much more to come. As I see it, expats helping expats is a beautiful thing and this directory was made possible with many, many people (all expats) making their recommendations. Honestly, it was more work than I realized that it would be at the outset.. Of course once we received a recommendation every establishment had to be researched and then entered ...
